Huber’s developed their signature Spanish Coffee in the early 1970s; it’s made tableside with Bacardi 151 rum, Bols Triple Sec, Kahlua, freshly-brewed coffee, homemade whipped cream and a touch of nutmeg to top it off. |

Open weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free Saturday tours are offered at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Spirits can be sampled and purchased at the McMenamins Edgefield Distillery Bar.
Highball Distillery
Open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tours available seven days a week by appointment.
House Spirits Distillery
