Mirakutei serves the freshest, highest quality sushi, tapas and ramen in Portland. Chef Hiro Ikegaya, (noted chef/owner of Hiroshi and Hiro Sushi) has nearly three decades of experience in preparing classic Japanese dishes as well as creating delightful, innovative recipes. To fully experience Chef Hiro's style, order the Omakase (Chef's Choice), or sample one of the award-winning appetizers (like the Salmon and Amaebi Roll with Lemon Garlic Sauce or the Seared Tuna with Chili Miso Sauce). These can all be complemented with fine local wine, beer, or selections from the Mirakutei sake collection. Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner Monday-Thursday from 5:30-10 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 5:30-10:30 p.m., and Sunday from 5-9:30 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended for the sushi bar or dining groups of more than four people.
