PIR is the place for almost anything that races. Racing from April through September includes bicycles, motocross, dragsters, sports cars, motorcycles and karts. Drag racing happens Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with Motocross every Thursday night, with a full road-course race every weekend. From June through September the Beaches Cruise-in brings nearly 1,000 hot rods out to show off on the grass while the drag racers put on a show on the ¼ mile.
